If the fix is small, the price is small. If it is a full platform, we phase it and you own each phase the day it ships. Whatever you paid for the audit comes off the build.

$250 / hour

Bring us in on the decision rather than the build — architecture, vendor calls, build-versus-buy, or a second set of eyes on someone else’s quote.

Once your platform is live you can maintain it yourself, hand it back to us, or keep us on for upgrades. What that costs depends on what we built.

Common questions

Why start with an audit?

The audit is what lets us give you a fixed price instead of a guess. It also produces an artifact you keep — the documented map of how your business actually runs — whether you build with us or not.

Why is there no price on the build?

Because we would be making it up. The audit tells us what the build actually is, and only then can we quote it honestly. Whatever you paid for the audit comes off that number.

What does "own your stack" actually mean?

The software, data model, and operational IP we build are yours — on your infrastructure and your balance sheet. Not rented access to someone else's servers.

How fast can we go live?

It depends on scope. Heritage Beam & Board — a full construction platform covering operations, estimating, project management, and materials — took roughly two months from start to production.
